You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content, images, graphics, text, or other materials incorporated into your products do not infringe upon the rights of any third party. You warrant that you have the necessary permissions to use any third-party materials. By placing an order, you authorize ApexBoxPackaging.comâ„¢ to produce the products on your behalf.

CUSTOMER CONTENT

You are responsible for any content you upload, post, or transmit via this website. Content must not violate any intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other proprietary rights of ApexBoxPackaging.comâ„¢ or any third party.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and account access. Any orders placed using your account credentials are your responsibility. By placing an order, you grant ApexBoxPackaging.comâ„¢ a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content for order processing and storage purposes.

ApexBoxPackaging.comâ„¢ reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms. Content may also be disclosed if required by law or to enforce these Terms.

DESIGN FILES

ApexBoxPackaging.comâ„¢ provides design files in 72 DPI (low resolution). For higher resolution files, please contact support@ApexBoxPackaging.com for pricing.

CUSTOMER SUBMITTED ARTWORK

All artwork must be submitted in CMYK format with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI. ApexBoxPackaging.comâ„¢ is not responsible for color variations resulting from RGB-to-CMYK conversion or for printing issues related to low-resolution artwork.

PROOFING & MATCHING

Customers must approve final artwork and job specifications before printing. ApexBoxPackaging.comâ„¢ is not responsible for any errors in approved proofs, including design, spelling, or layout mistakes. We strongly recommend printing a proof at 100% scale to verify all design elements.

Color matching is not guaranteed unless a color match proof is ordered. Lamination may affect color appearance, and ApexBoxPackaging.comâ„¢ is not liable for such changes.

MATERIALS

Unless otherwise specified, the paper or cardstock used for printing is not food-grade. Customers requiring food-grade materials must communicate this in writing before placing an order.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY FOR PROOF APPROVAL

ApexBoxPackaging.comâ„¢ is NOT liable for errors in printed products caused by:

  • Incorrect graphic placement or font usage
  • Spelling, grammatical, or punctuation errors
  • Wrong die cuts, slits, or missing folds
  • Incorrect final product size

COLOR ACCURACY & HARD COPY PROOFS

While ApexBoxPackaging.comâ„¢ strives to reproduce colors as accurately as possible, exact color matching is not guaranteed due to printing process limitations. Color reproduction accuracy is within 90% of the approved proof. For precise color matching, a hardcopy proof is recommended for an additional fee.

INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold ApexBoxPackaging.comâ„¢ and its licensors, officers, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, or costs resulting from:

  1. Your breach of these Terms.
  2. Any claims related to content you incorporate into your products without proper authorization.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may be canceled before production begins. However, if an order has already been printed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. Cancellation charges apply depending on the order stage:

  1. Stage 1: If canceled before design work begins – a $15 fee + 5% of the order total applies.
  2. Stage 2: If canceled after design work begins – a 20% fee of the total order amount applies.
  3. Stage 3: If printing has started, a 50% cancellation fee applies (if cancellation is possible).
  4. Stage 4: If the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

DESIGN ORDERS

All sales for design services are final. No refunds will be issued.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Since all orders are custom-made, all sales are final. If a verified error is made by ApexBoxPackaging.comâ„¢, we will reprint the order, but no refunds or credits will be issued.

RE-PRINTS

Defective or damaged orders must be reported within 3 business days of delivery. To receive a replacement, customers must return at least 99% of the product at their expense within 10 days of delivery. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.

Expedited printing and shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.

ORDER SHIPPING & DELIVERY

ApexBoxPackaging.comâ„¢ offers the following shipping options:

STANDARD SHIPPING (NOT GUARANTEED)

  • Free ground shipping within the 48 contiguous U.S. states.
  • Ships within 10 to 14 business days after proof approval.

PRIORITY SHIPPING (GUARANTEED)

  • Free ground shipping included.
  • Ships within 8 business days after proof approval.

EXPRESS SHIPPING (GUARANTEED)

  • Free ground shipping included.
  • Ships within 6 business days after proof approval.

Proof approval must be received by 11:00 AM EST; otherwise, an additional business day may be added to the shipping time.

ApexBoxPackaging.comâ„¢ is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Technical issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Shipping carrier delays
  • Customs clearance for international orders

Customers are responsible for customs duties on international shipments.

ApexBoxPackaging.comâ„¢ observes the following holidays:

  • New Year’s Day (January 1)
  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day
  • Presidents’ Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day (July 4)
  • Labor Day
  • Columbus Day
  • Veterans Day
  • Thanksgiving Day & the following Friday
  • Christmas Eve (December 24)
  • Christmas Day (December 25)

DAMAGED & LOST PACKAGES

Customers must inspect all packages for damage or missing items before accepting delivery. Any issues must be reported within 3 business days. ApexBoxPackaging.comâ„¢ is not responsible for third-party shipping errors, damage, or losses.

Orders may include a few extra pieces free of charge. A variance of up to 5% under or over the ordered quantity is acceptable per industry standards. If the exact quantity is required, customers should order 10% extra.

Additional shipping fees will apply if reshipment is required due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

This website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. ApexBoxPackaging.comâ„¢ does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

ApexBoxPackaging.comâ„¢ and its affiliates shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or any errors in products or services.
